Right of Way
The legal part, as short as we can make it. Setting off means you accept it.
Who may walk
Only adults may set off: 18 or above and of age in the country you live in. Guarding the account and its password falls to you.
What the service is
This is amusement: conversation with invented people generated by software. Nothing a walker says is a fact, and none of it is counsel of any sort, health or law included. Walkers err, usually about the weather first.
Passes and payment
The long walk is paid for ahead in USDT and lasts a set span of days; nothing rebills when it ends. No refunds are owed on a payment already made, except where the law requires otherwise. A transfer short or long of the figure shown, or sent across a different chain, may vanish for good.
What is not allowed
Off limits: breaking the trail code or the law, hunting for gaps in the chat's boundaries, attacking or scraping the site, and selling on a place in it. Accounts doing so risk suspension or closure.
Your words
Ownership of your writing stays with you. In exchange you allow us to store and handle it so the chat functions, with software screening messages against the code.
Changes and endings
Any part of this place, from a stage to a walker, may be altered, paused or ended. A change to what you receive is announced in the waymarks beforehand. The service is offered as found, with no warranty beyond what the law refuses to let us give up, and what we could owe you is held to the last 30 days of your payments, where the law lets such a limit stand.
